    • your rug is crafted by hand in 7-10 business days
    • order time is dependent on the size & complexity

    • shipped to you with tracking in 3-7 business day

  • 4) design guidelines

    • assure your image is 2D for the higest detailed results
    • if we identify any potential design concerns, we'll reach out via email
